Here is one fitness trainer whose personal
health
experiences will inspire you

Chad Miller, CPT
As a certified personal trainer, Chad works with clients concerned about their appearance, health, nutrition, weight loss, weight gain and high cholesterol. In addition to these client needs, Chad has had some unusual health experiences that have evolved his practice into a special affinity for clients with rehabilitation exercise and serious health needs.

Chad Miller offers balance between exercise and
nutrition for good health

For over twenty years as a diabetic, Chad's health condition developed into kidney failure. He went through dialysis until he received a life saving kidney and pancreas transplant.

He then had to undergo another surgery six months later due to a tear in his new pancreas causing him to spill digestive acids in his stomach. As he was leaving the hospital he was told he was developing strep throat. Unfortunately, that turned out to be lymphoma cancer.  His health was under assault.

As if that were not enough, within a few months he was diagnosed with three melanoma cancers that were surgically removed. His health issues seemed to multiply as time progressed.

Chad credits his long term recovery to his faith,
his family and following the fitness practices he teaches

In spite of this complex battle to regain his health, Chad prevailed.

Customer Testimonial
With a background in a variety of sports that focused on baseball, tennis and martial arts, he knew what he needed to do to help his body recover. He already knew about nutrition, fitness training, exercise, fat loss and the healthy lifestyle that comes from martial arts competition and managing his diabetic condition.

This is what this personal trainer says about his experiences fighting for fitness and good health. “I made it through the hard times of my life successfully because of my faith, family and healthy lifestyle -- even throughout all the treatments I had to endure”.

Today as a personal trainer, Chad does not compete in martial arts anymore due to his transplant. He still lifts weights and rides his mountain bike as his primary fitness activities.

You see, being fit has become a lifestyle for Chad because he has experienced the joy of fitness.  Now he wants to share that knowledge with you to help you achieve your weight loss, health, fitness and fat loss goals as your personal trainer.
